Of course, McCool won the title back in July @ The Great American Bash

and now, Maryse has won the belt

However, Michelle McCoool took her frustration out on Maria who was the special guest referee.

Well folks, Maryse is the champion, but it looks like Michelle McCool has finally turned heel

and so, who is going to step up against this egomaniac Michelle McCool?
