The 1st EVER 5-Man Free For All Match

Rey Mysterio vs. Matt Hardy vs. Christian vs. Hardcore Holly vs. JBL

Here's what happend:

In the arena:

No Intro is shown as we are already underway with the Peepshow. Christian barely says a word before Rey Mysterio's music hits, he comes to the ring, grabs a mic and he's off and running with a promo, he asks the fans to vote for him, Christian wants the votes for himself, and Matt's music hits. Matt plugs the fans for bringing him back to the WWE. Hardcore Holly's music hits, and Michael Cole puts him over huge (he kind of has to to get even one vote). Holly actually cuts a decent promo and works the crowd before Christian makes a plea to the crowd to vote for him. Hardcore then continues his promo. JBL's music hits and his limo brings him in. JBL quickly makes his way towards the ring and tells everyone that the fans will vote for because.....and he continues to individually verbally attack Hardy, Mysterio & Hardcore Holly. Christian interrupts and calls him a wrestling fraud. Christian is fuming over constantly being interrupted before Theodore Long's music hits. He stands at the entrance ramp and announces that coming up after the commercial break there will be a five-man-free-for-all involving all of them.

Five Man Free For All

Christian vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Matt Hardy vs.
Hardcore Holly vs. John Bradshaw Layfield
The start:

As we return from commercial break the match is already underway with everyone beating on JBL in the corner. Christian then goes after Matt Hardy. Holly & JBL brawl outside the ring. Rey & Matt team up on Christian. JBL gets control over Holly on the outside of the ring. JBL then attacks Matt Hardy and enters the ring. Now it's JBL vs. Rey in the ring.

Mid-match notes:

JBL goes for a powerbomb, but Rey pulls him over outside the ring. Now it's Holly & Christian in the ring. Holly takes control. Christian rolls out of the ring and Matt comes in and takes control of Holly. JBL enters the ring and tosses Matt out. Mysterio re-enters. Now its' JBL vs. Holly with Mysterio in the ring selling his beating. Matt now enters, followed by Christian. All participants are now in ring. Everyone teams up on Christian and they do a triple decker superplex on him off the top rope. Holy chants follow.

The Finish:

All five participants are lying in the ring. Matt & JBL both go for pins at the same time on Christian & Mysterio. Both kick-out. Match kicks into high gear with a series of finishers connecting. Mysterio then gets the hurricaranna on who else but Smackdown's latest whipping boy, Christian. Matt raises Mysterio's hand and the fans applaud. Match runs about 8 minutes with no commercial breaks.

Winner - Rey Mysterio
