Tito Santana wins the WWE I-C Heavyweight Championship for the vert 1st time

Don Muraco has held the WWE I-C Heavyweight Championship since 1983

However, it was on February 11, 1984 in Boston that Tito Santana won the I-C Gold for the very 1st time ending Muraco's Reign of 55 weeks

Tito would go on to hold the title for 32 weeks and 2 days before losing it to Greg "The Hammer" Valentine

and now, 25 years later, Santana is now a teacher and Don Muraco is also retired from the ring and the I-C Gold is now around the waist of CM Punk
