WWE World Tag Team Championship for 11 weeks w/Edge as Rated-RKO

Rated-RKO def. Ric Flair and Roddy Piper on RAW 11/13/06 and lost the belt to John Cena and HBK on RAW 1/29/07

WWE Heavyweight Championship for 29 weeks

He was awarded the belt and then lost to Triple H and he regained it from Triple H that same night @ No Mercy

However, he lost the belt to Triple H @ Backlash in a Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match

@ Summerslam 2004 5 weeks after losing the I-C Title to Edge, he def. the late Chris Benoit to win the World Heavyweight Championship @ the age of 24, the youngest World Champion in history
